Helen Stoddard

Helen Stoddard lives in Vermont with her husband and

two children. A former teacher, and an empath at heart, she

is passionate about supporting others. She believes that sharing honestly and transparently about our own experiences will create community, connection and healing.

When she’s not chasing her kids around, or cleaning up after

them, Helen enjoys working in the garden, cooking and

spending time with her family and friends.
